Return, Replacement & Refund Policy – MyInterio.store

Due to the nature of interior materials and fittings, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.


1. General Policy

Returns are accepted only in eligible cases and subject to verification.

We do not offer open returns for all products.


2. Eligible Cases

Return / replacement requests may be considered only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Product has visible manufacturing defect
  • Missing items in the package

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To raise a valid claim, customer must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Product images
  • Order ID / invoice
  • Clear issue description

⚠️ Without unboxing video, claims may be rejected.


4. Non-Returnable Products

The following are non-returnable / non-refundable, unless damaged or wrong item is delivered:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Cut-to-size materials
  • Installed or used products
  • Clearance / discounted items
  • Bulk / B2B orders (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Products with minor acceptable shade / texture variation

5. Return Review Process

After receiving your request, our team may:

  • Approve the claim
  • Reject the claim
  • Request more proof

Review may take 2–4 working days.


6. Pickup / Return Shipping

If approved:

  • We may arrange pickup, or
  • Ask customer to ship the item back

If issue is not due to our fault, return shipping may be borne by the customer.


7. Replacement Policy

If replacement is approved:

  • It will be processed subject to stock availability
  • Replacement timelines may vary by product category

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

  • Product inspection
  • Quality verification
  • Final approval

Refund Mode:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Store credit / wallet (where applicable)

Refund Timeline:

  • 5–10 working days after approval

9. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch.

After Dispatch:

Cancellation may not be allowed or may attract:

  • Shipping charges
  • Handling charges
  • Return logistics charges

10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject suspicious, abusive, or repeated fraudulent claims.

Accounts involved in misuse may be restricted or blocked.
